Clinic exterior:
The entrance is on Kings Arms Yard - please see a photograph of the clinic exterior below, and an additional photograph of Ampthill Town Centre, taken close to the Yard entrance. There are two steps up to the clinic front door, measuring 20cm and 24cm in height. The front door width is 77cm. Our clinic resides on the ground floor of the building. Whilst there is no parking in Kings Arms Yard, it is accessible by cars so that passengers can alight at the clinic door. On street parking, and public car parks are located in the surrounding streets. Detailed parking information is provided for new clients via email.
Clinic interior:
There is one internal step in the clinic, measuring 15cm in height. The internal door widths are all 83cm.
Clinic bathroom:
Unfortunately the bathroom itself is not suitable for wheelchair access. There are three steps up to the bathroom facility, each measuring 14cm. The bathroom door width is 68cm.
The waiting room:
We have decided not to provide any play materials for children, as these often prove to be a distraction during clinical sessions and assessments. We advise that children are brought to the clinic at the pre-arranged time; when this occurs they will be seen promptly and will not need to spend additional time in the waiting room.
